Josie’s Table is a tribute to owner Daniel Darves-Bornoz’s mother, Josephine. Josée was an incredible chef herself and started teaching Daniel at a young age. Daniel's father, Yves, a skillful gardener, and Josée were always cooking with produce from his garden at their home in Hague, New York.
