The partners of So Long Saloon; Randy Buller, Rob Goode, Julie Haynes and Jason Humes, opened Taco Lucha in November 2011 creating a visual and sensory experience in the heart of Aggieville. A visit to a Colorado outdoor taco stand provided the inspiration to create a vibrant, intimate taqueria from a dusty parking lot, with delicious Mexican street food, fresh made cocktails and a lush outdoor patio.
